1. Simple and easy:
steel frame+sandwich panels(50mm rockwool).

2. Integrated surface panels.

steel frame + rockwool insulation + OSB bottom board + itegrated surface panels.

3. Steel frame + rockwool insulation + OSB bottom board + gypsum board + 3 times painting.

4. Steel frame + rockwool insulation+ OSB bottom board + ceramic tile. This is used for bathroom usually.

5. Steel frame + spray foam insulation+ OSB bottom board +gypsum board + 3 times painting.
